Traditional Medical Practice


While most of the community practice sites of the Institute for Family Medicine serve a specific, defined population (for example residents of 63125 at the Hancock Clinic, Vietnamese speaking clients of St Francis South Side, students of Harris Stowe, residents of Epworth Children’s Home), historically IFM also operated a more traditional appearing practice open to residents without geographic restrictions.  Patients will remember the office was on Lindbergh initially, and then moved to Cedar Plaza.  The Institute for Family Medicine has separated from that practice, and Dr. Campbell now sees those patients (adults with commercial insurance, Medicare, or cash pay) through St. Louis Internal Medicine, where Dr. Campbell is part of that practice with Dr. Brij Vaid, Dr. Timothy Manuel, and nurse practitioner Donna Waldo.  For patients wishing to make an appointment to see Dr. Campbell at that office, the contact information is:

Panel Physician for Immigration to Australia, Canada or New Zealand


Dr. Campbell also serves as an Aligned Panel Physician for individuals (adults and children) seeking an Immigration Medical Exam for Australia, Canada or New Zealand.  Please refer to the guidelines of the specific country to which you are applying for application details.  If you have questions specific to the medical exam, you may contact Dr. Campbell by email at

If your application is for Australia, you must first apply through that country’s immigration service and be assigned a HAP number before making an appointment for your medical.  If your application is for Canada as a sponsored partner or child, you also must apply through that country’s immigration service and be assigned an IME number before making an appointment for your medical.  If your application is to Canada as a student, worker, visitor or express entry, or if your application is for New Zealand, you may make your appointment for an “upfront” medical.  If you are applying for an “upfront” medical, please contact Dr. Campbell at
