Your donations give disadvantaged children, homeless teens, low-income families, and refugees in the St. Louis area the chance to receive the medical services they need to live a healthy life.
Want to Spread Out Your Gift Over a Longer Period of Time?
We’ve launched our Recurring Giving Program, HIGH FIVE! for iFM. We’re asking our supporters to lend a helping hand by enrolling in a monthly or quarterly auto-debit plan that spreads your gift out over the course of the year. This giving program is easy and affordable for our donors, and ensures consistent, year-round funding for our healthcare programs in the St. Louis community.
iFM’s end of year goal is to reach a cumulative total of $5,000 in Monthly donations. That’s one BIG High 5!
Over the past 15 years, if you’ve attended one of our trivia nights, ran or walked with our RuniFM crowd-fundraising initiative, or have generously opened your hearts and checkbooks to us in response to our annual appeals, WE THANK YOU! Our staff, board, volunteers and patients are grateful for your continued support of our mission.
Because the need has grown as more people fall into the gaps in healthcare, made larger by lack of Medicaid expansion, we are stretching resources even further than before.
So we’re asking you to get involved in a new way.
The idea is simple: click on the Donate Here! button below, and select Recurring on the donation form.
Here’s how you can help get us there by participating in
HIGH FIVE! for iFM:
All it takes is 50 New Monthly Donors
Making an annual commitment of $25 (or more) a month
In less than a year, you can help pay for staffing a clinic for homeless teens, low income seniors, immunizations for immigrants, school health and sports physicals, and the many other services that iFM provides.
Please sign up TODAY. Help us meet our goal for this year and for the future of iFM as the “charity’s charity and the safety net’s safety net.”
When you donate to our nonprofit organization, you help iFM Community Medicine provide quality healthcare for more than 4,000 people throughout the year.
If you prefer to send a check, please make it out to iFM Community Medicine and send it to our corporate office located at: 722 Loughborough, St. Louis, MO 63111.
All donations are tax-deductible. Questions? Contact Tami Timmer, Director of Program Operations, at email@example.com.
