Medicaid patients should note that two plans, Molina and Harmony, will be disbanded on June 30, 2012. Current patients of the Institute for Family Medicine who have coverage under these plans must pick a new plan. Medicaid plans going forward are HealthCareUSA, Home State and Missouri Care. Open enrollment for these plans close on June 18th. Members of HealthCareUSA, Home State and Missouri Care may select Dr. Campbell as their primary care provider through June 18. We have also opened our panel to these three plans, and are currently accepting new HealthCareUSA, Home State or Missouri Care patients.
