David Campbell MDDavid Campbell, M.D. Primary Care Physician Dr. David Campbell is a native of St. Louis and a graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine. He has been a leader in practicing family medicine in the St. Louis community for more than 25 years. Prior to founding IFM in 2000, he was Chief of Service and Residency Program Director for the Department of Family Medicine at Deaconess Health System, and served as president of the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians and as a national consultant to the American Academy of Family Physicians’ Residency Assistance Program.

Clinical Director
Stacy joined the Institute for Family Medicine in 2014 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Stacy is a native of the area and obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her master’s degree in the Science of Nursing from St. Louis University. Prior to joining the team at IFM, Stacy’s most recent clinical experience includes nursing in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit and also in Perioperative surgery services both within St. Louis area hospitals. Stacy splits her time between various community-based health programs including several of the St. Louis Crisis Nursery locations and Every Child’s Hope. Stacy is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and St. Louis Nurses for Advanced Practice. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, relaxing on her patio and spending time with her family.
Service Photos 2012 017Brook Raye, FNP-BC Nurse Practitioner Brook joined the Institute for Family Medicine as a volunteer Family Nurse Practitioner in January 2012, and became a staff member in October 2012. She received her RN and Master’s in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Brook splits her time between several of the Institute for Family Medicine’s community-based health programs. She provides primary care at the Vietnamese Clinic; health screenings and vaccines to preschoolers at KIPP public charter school; and vaccines, health screenings, and primary care to immigrant and refugee children at the Nahed Chapman New American  Academy. In her free time, Brook enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling the world, baking, volunteering in the preschool department at her church, and spending time with her husband and family.
Marquard, Samantha_ Pose (1)(1)Samantha Marquard, FNP-C, MPH Nurse Practitioner Samantha joined the Institute for Family Medicine in 2009 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Sam is originally from Arkansas, and obtained her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree in the Science of Nursing from St. Louis University, as well as a Masters in Public Health. Samantha is now employed full-time as a faculty member of St. Louis University School of Nursing, and continues to practice with the Institute for Family Medicine in several ways. Samantha splits her time for the Institute between Youth in Need’s several city-based Head Start programs, and The Little Bit Foundation’s Healthy Kids Better Learners school program. Samantha is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of work, she is raising her 3 young children with her husband Mike.

Kenya joined IFM in 2017 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Kenya obtained her bachelor’s degree  from Webster University and her master’s of science in nursing from Maryville University.  Kenya has 20 years of experience as a nurse and has worked in various community health roles, most recently for St. Louis County Department of Public Health as a public health nurse prior to joining IFM.  She also works PRN for Visiting Nurse Association seeing palliative care and hospice patients in their homes. Kenya is an e member of  the American Nurses Association and the Missouri Nurses Association. She is the provider at Crisis Nursery, Every Child’s Hope, St, Vincent’s Home for Children, and Covenant House.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and is an active member of her church.  Her special interest is tackling obesity with education in nutrition and exercise.
Jackie Watson, FNP-C Nurse Practitioner
Jackie joined IFM in 2016 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jackie obtained her bachelor’s degree as well as her master’s degree in the Science of Nursing from Maryville University.  Jackie was an emergency room nurse prior to joining IFM. She also teaches clinical for the undergraduate nursing program at Maryville University. Jackie is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and St. Louis Nurses for Advanced Practice. Jackie is the provider at St. Andrews of Jennings,Special School District and for the Jennings School district.

Maureen Joined our team in 2016!
In 2010, Maureen Conley graduated summa cum laude from Maryville University with a master’s degree in nursing, and is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She also earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Maryville in 2006, graduating summa cum laude, and received the Spirit of Nursing Award presented by the US Army. Maureen enjoys all aspects of the nursing profession and currently works for the Rockwood School District as a school nurse; Maryville University as an adjunct nursing faculty member; and for the Institute of Family Medicine as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In her free time she enjoys competing in running and triathlon races.
lauraLaura O’Leary FNP-C Nurse Practitioner
Laura joined the Institute for Family Medicine in April 2015. A native of St. Louis, she holds two Bachelor degrees (one in psychology and one in nursing) as well as a Master’s degree in nursing. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed by the states of Missouri and Illinois. Laura is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and a member of the St. Louis Nurses for Advanced Practice. Laura has 16 years of clinical experience as an RN and has always enjoyed interacting with her patients and addressing their healthcare needs. Her role at IFM includes seeing patients at Epworth for physicals and addressing any acute health needs they may have. When she is not working, Laura enjoys spending time with her friends and family and attending the activities of her four children.    

                                  

                 

Kim

 Kim Garavaglia, CPNP-BC Nurse Practitioner
Kim joined IFM in 2017 as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. In addition to being a team member at IFM, Kim is a Nurse Practitioner at Urgent Care for Kids in Wentzville and Forest Park. Prior to obtaining her master’s degree in Nursing at St. Louis University, Kim was a pediatric nurse at St. Louis Children’s Hospital for 8 years where she served as an RN and a diabetic nurse educator. Kim also provides her nursing skills to the Rockwood School District. Kim is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, the Golden Key International Honor Society, and a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. While she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her 4 children, working out, and running.
