Family Nurse Practitioner

Does the thought of being part of an innovative healthcare team committed to social change excite you? IFM Community Medicine, part of the new Delmar Divine non-profit innovation hub, is looking for a full time or part time family nurse practitioner to improve the health of our St Louis community. We provide quality primary and acute care to uninsured and under-resourced individuals/families through on-site clinics within schools, shelters and social service agencies. Our nurse practitioner led clinics reduce barriers of cost, transportation, and distrust of the traditional system. Our practitioners travel to a consistent set of clinics and provide coverage for other IFM clinic sites as needed.
