Exams are conducted by an IFM panel physician on Mondays/Fridays by appointment only
Cash or Credit/Debit cards accepted
Insurance is not accepted
Payment is due at time of service
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete pre-appointment paperwork
Please bring your ID and Passport to your appointment
If you have an IME/UMI (Canada), a HAP# (Australia) or IMZR/NZER# (New Zealand), have this on hand when you schedule your appointment

ADULTS:

Canada $470 per adult

Australia $420 per adult

New Zealand $525 per adult

adult exams will include: exam, chest x-ray, and labs*

*please note - basic lab requirements vary by country

CHILDREN: (same costs for all countries, based on age)

Birth - 4 y/o (exam only) $200 per child

5-10 y/o (exam & urine) $225 per child

11-15 y/o (exam, urine, chest x-ray) $325 per child

16 y/o + (same as adult rates above)

ADDITIONAL LABS IF REQUIRED:

Hepatitis B surf AG & Hep C AB $60

TB blood test $120

Your exam and chest x-ray will take about 1-hour in total. The chest x-ray will be completed at another facility nearby.

Completion and electronic submission of your file to immigration is typically within 3-5 business days.
