The Core Collective at St. Vincent

The St. Vincent Clinic was started in 2017, and was made in partnership between IFM Community Medicine and St. Vincent Home for Children (now the Core Collective at St. Vincent), operating on Thursday mornings. St. Vincent programs are tailored for various levels of support yet IFM is primarily caring for youth in the LifeFOCUS program. This program addresses pressing and immediate needs for intervention on a short-term, residential basis for youth with severe behavioral or emotional challenges that require serious remediation. The Nurse Practitioner provides acute care, physical services, and preventative services for the youth in residence.
