The Crossing, Grants Trail

During The Crossing Church’s process of assessing community needs surrounding each of their St. Louis area church locations, they revealed many barriers to accessing care, including cost, transportation, and trust, for those around their Grants Trail location at the corner of Green Park and Union in South St. Louis County.  The congregation enthusiastically agreed to be part of this solution and reached out to IFM to host a weekly clinic with both medical and community health worker serves at this location, starting in August of 2025.
